#16 is an interesting direction. I like the inclusion of the medical graphic. Unfortunately, use of the heart makes it seem like we are more about romance books than health-care books. Keep it up.

It keeps getting better. I still really like the font. I can't really decide which color works better. Please keep massaging that icon if you can. I like the book as a graphic device. However, the heart-monitor line may be too subtle. My wife, who works in health care, did not grasp it at first. For some ideas, check out this URL;

They are universal symbols in health care designed specifically for signage in health-care facilities. There are several dozen examples there, several of which could work well for this logo.

You generously offered to work with me on colors. I would like to see one with the book in red and the heart-monitor line in white. I would like to see another with the book gray and the heart monitor line in green, which would make it look like even more like an actual monitor. The dominant color of my book covers will be hunter green so it might make sense to use that shade of green for the monitor line.

Please also consider making the icon look a bit more like a book, perhaps giving it pages or a book spine.

One other point, and I don't know how you address this on this website. The logo will be black-and-white on the book's interior and in color on the book spine and on the website. Am I able to get separate renderings of the logo for each case, or do you have to come up with one logo that works in both instances?

Thanks Steve for the feedback, that will be no problem to change the colors for you. As for the black n white situation, the better designers on here will supply you with a black n white version no problem once the contest ends, i certainly would anyway ! I will upload again for you soon :)
