Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
#1 - I like the colors the way you outlined Donate Your Fat in green. It might be nice to be able to separate the character from the name so we can use the character independently #3 - I like the fun disco arm idea
if designers are interested in a sneak peak at our site under construction, let me know and I will send you a link or a screen shot for more inspiration.
Designers, please make your characters in motion. This program is based on 40 days for physical activity as well as fruit and veggie consumption.
I'd be interested to see if anyone has the guts to create a completely original design without fruits and veggies...just to see where the creative spirit leads based on love, truth, and fun....
I like the globe #7 because the money will be donated towards would hunger.
I've gotten some feedback that has said the logo should be abstract/smart and less cartoon. Not sure if I agree, but would love to see some ideas. That's why I extended the contest.
Thanks so much to everyone who is in this tournament. I really appreciate everyone's work. If you would like specific feedback on why I am moving things around or why your rank changed, please shoot a message.
wow - this contest is wide open! It's not that we are moving away from the character concept, it just that we now want to see two completely different types of logos. Thank you everyone so much for all of the wonderful logos for our team to sort through.
I want to thank all of the designers who participated in this contest. My team feels very blessed by the quality of work, the level of participation, and the quick turn around based on our feedback. We are going to spend a couple days behind closed doors going through all of these wonderful logos. Stay tuned for our final results as well as future logo contests....oh, and the soon launch of our website www.donateyourfat.org
One suggestion that I think all the designers would agree with : After determining the winner if you could also acknowledge other designs in your ranking decisions. One design with minimal differences taking the first four places is discouraging for other designers who are trying to build momentum in their portfolio.
Thanks for understanding. This was a fun contest!!
