Hi again,
Now I was able to rank the designs. Thanks again, we really liked this idea! I talked with the head of the programme and we'd have some wishes for changes.
My boss agreed with me that the English name should be below the line. Could you do two versions: one where the english name is on one line and another one where it is on two lines?
As for the tree we came up with the idea that it would be nice if the silhouette of the tree reminded the scots pine which is the most common tree in Finland:

It would have nice symbolism for biologists.
From the animal kingdom: brown bear, flying squirrel, eagle owl, whooper swan, mallard, atlantic salmon, ants, beetles, butterflies... The plants could be for example wild blue berry (schrubs), plantains, leaves of different trees. For the fungi there could be different mushrooms and polypores. Shall I collect some photos of the species for you?
Having said that, I wonder if it will be a mess to have different kingdoms on different branches. If possible could you also try a version where there are only animals on the pine branches. And then there could be perhaps a mushroom growing next to the tree. Then we'd have the three kingdoms represented: animal kingom in the tree, plants in the shape of the tree and fungi growing next to the tree.
Best,
Anni
