The exclamation point is effective but, I thought a check mark would convey getting things done more clearly.

Brad,
I like your notion of mixing it up - not crazy about the big checkmark. One simple variation might be to enclose a smaller checkmark completely inside of the letter O.
Can we play with some other ideas for the main visual element of the logo?
