I don't like the square - it doesn't make sense to strongly separate DO and IT since they both words are equally important - with my preference for being more emphasis on "DO" more so than IT.

DO IT represents the 4 phases of the strategic marketing process -
DESIGN - ORGANIZE - IMPLEMENT - TRACK.

On these three, "marketing" is too small relative to DO IT. It won't show up well in small-size print (for example, on a business card).

Unfortunately, #193 and #220 do not work for me either. I don't want to waste your time and talent - I'm very close to choosing a winner based on existing submissions.
