I am open to ideas and color schemes. This must be something that will work on both light and dark backgrounds. In order of preference I am listing few ideas/suggestions.

1. I would like to see some cultural patterns/designs.
2. Its a logo for DJ so make sure music/DJing resnoates
3. It should be strong and high impact - more colors, the better!
4. If you do a character make sure its a bald guy (clean shaven) with tan skin color. Don't make it cartoonish but make it more portrait like if you can.
