I will be ranking these this morning. I want to thank everyone for their participation thus far and look forward to more entries.

I wanted to stress to everyone that we are going to be putting this sign on a store front facade, so that should be taken into consideration. While some of these ideas are EXCELENT, some of them aren't practical to be put into a store front facade.

One other point. I would like the

"Candles and Gifts" to appear in the logo as a tagline.

Can we please change the tagline to
"Candles, Gifts and Fine Fragrances"

Are you kidding me? Stop acting like a child. My second and fourth ranked designes are entries number 272 and 285 respectively. Please take your complaints somewhere else. ALOT of my ranked entries came VERY late in the contest.

I have extended the contest five days because I am out of town and will not be able to tend to this as actively as I would like, until I get back in town.

As for the complaints of my not looking at newer designs, you are incorrect. Four out of my Six top entries came AFTER entry number 272, so I don't know what you are looking at.

As is evidenced by my rankings, I think I would gravitate more towards the simple, elegant designs, instead of the fancy and very intricate ones.

fyi: too light/thin font letter wouldn't make a visible logo, people may miss it while passing by your store. please consider that. thank u.

I have quite a few designs ranked. I won't be ranking all 300+ designs. I've already ranked ALOT of them and discarded alot of them as well. If this does not suit you, then please enter another contest. Sorry.

My comment wasn't intended to point out ranking, you've done that......ranking entries.
feedback is also important....communication is key, so with that I will move on to another contest.

Dizzy Izzy, WHAT exactly is wrong with designers asking for your feedback on their submitted designs? Asking for your direction? This is a normal part of the design process.......I find your response needs no apologies, as it clearly speaks for itself, as my questions were respectful...so, I do not need any permission to not participate in your contest, as questions are not allowed.,

My goodness, man, move on. What's wrong is that I will not provide feedback unless it's a design that is close to something I'm interested in. I've provided feedback for those designs which are close...I am NOT going to provide feedback on 400+ designs just to make you happy, sorry.

Move on. I don't feel like dealing with you anyway. Give it up.

I will leave my comments up, just so we can all see what I asked for, in a respectful, polite way, and your response.

As a moderator here, and I am not a man, I moderate, I saw the lack of feedback, that is all. I asked for, and simple as that. If you look at other threads, it is a normal request. It is nothing to do with making me happy, it is more to do with the best possible outcome for YOUR new logo.

I apologize if you misread any of my comments, I am always careful, mindful to speak with respect....your response to me are not.

wow, pretty much no respect towards the designers! CH should be giving feedback, especially since this is the 2nd design contest site this project has been on and the client wasn't happy with hundreds of quality entries on that contest as well....
