We would like to see Blues and Grays in the logo

We are looking to revamp / modernise our company logo - we would like the principal element to remain the three flags as we are currently known for them. They are international maritime signal flags that stand for D (delta) M (mike) C (charlie) and must be in that order on the logo to spell the company initials. We would like to include our business name in full (Dixon Marine Consulting Ltd) rather than an abbreviation. We are looking to convey the image of a professional company, we work with large projects and we need to convey that we are serious, trustworthy, high quality company. We will be using the logo on our website (which is in the process of being updated, we have bought the following template and are working on it at present: http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/30756.html) on our business cards and also at the top of documents we produce and in powerpoint presentations. We have uploaded our previous logo for reference, but we are really open to new ideas and a different feel to the logo.
