Design #86 is fantastic! We love seeing the incorporation of the eyebrow arch (although the gradient needs to be radial and equally effect the top of all 6 rectangles - not linear and affecting the center rectangles more than those on the ends). We'd like to see the space between the rectangles be empty. Let the image on the rectangles carry the design. and the mountain peaks are just a bit too singular and round. We'd like to see the mountain peaks be a bit more layered and just a pinch sharper or angled somehow. The peaks are just a bit too "soft" - but we love the "brush" weight of the silhouette of the peaks - don't change that! Keep -em coming! So much talent on one contest. We are blown away!
#98 is even better. But the fades at the top of the rectangular panels are still a bit inconsistent. They'll need to be reworked - possibly after the contest. We'd like to see a little more "space" between the bottom of each letter in DIVINE and the bottom of the rectangle(s) the are each in. Also the rectangles themselves are still too short and just a bit too wide. Those too will have to be reworked so please confirm that your files will be fully and EASILY editable to achieve these goals if I must rework them myself. Hopefully with clean vector shapes and NO bitmapping, good use of layers, etc., your files can be easily altered in Adobe Illustrator before we finalize the design. But so far - GREAT work!!!
I think the gradients got even worse. I wish I could communicate this better. But I'm probably just best fixing the little changes myself provided you can provide me with clean, editable vectored .eps. Thanks for trying.
