Here I went with refined and tasteful, but I threw in a contrasting flair with the graphic element. To me, it's like a dark business suit with a bright silk tie. Of course colors can be changed to suit.

im still liking this concept but i dont like the font and the colors. can we go for an old san francisco style?

Sure. Now I've got to figure out what an Old San Francisco style is. :o)

I gave you a ton of font choices here. Please pick the one(s) you like best. Can you give me any hints as to what you like colorwise? Do you have anything you could send me to on the web for an "Old San Francisco" reference? I included some that I thought might come close.
