I like the idea of the C being an eclipse, but I still think there is something lacking.

about my design concept of this, why I took the letter "C" as the eclipse, the reason the letter C is indirectly separate words DISC and OVER . disc itself is shown by the eclipse, when forming the disc and OVER indicate the issue is resolved.
