#8 I like the pictoral mark on this one a lot. Could you combine it with the "DEAM" alone? (Without the full "Disability Employment Awareness Month")

There are some great concepts showing up this morning. We are really drawn to ones that give a sense of work and inclusiveness, but are a little less drawn to stylized people - unless there is something really unique about the images. Definitely don't want anything looking like someone in a wheelchair.
