What We Do
DIRECT specialises in placing teachers into jobs in schools around the world, in a variety of fabulous locations, e.g. Dubai, Singapore or Brazil. Our brand is all about inspiring people to travel, while gaining international teaching experience. About encouraging them to grab opportunities when they arise, to see the world and to explore different cultures.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The blue and red attached logo is our old logo. We feel it is too old fashioned and conservative for our brand. We don't like this font. Any font similar to the ones used in the 6 logos we selected from Logo Tournament, will be good. The logo with the tourquoise letters with world map (dots) behind it is one we came up with ourselves here in the office. The one below it with the jigsaw globe and orange words is one that a local graphic designer came up with. We feel that the globe is a bit too corporate or tech-looking and don't really want the main text to be in orange. Regarding colours - it's not essential that tourquoise, orange and grey are used. We are open to other ideas. But we want to steer away from darker, more corporate colours, e.g. navy blue and red, like the old logo. We want the look of the logo to be upbeat and colourful, while still professional.
