Apologies for the slight delay, I had unexpected events today. :-)
I am working on a submission featuring the stars coming from the wand. Here she is as a brunette. We've gone back to the black heels and incorporated brown into the logo.
#33 isn't really intended for a logo, it's just so you can see her face. I added more makeup in #32 as well as a pearl necklace. That could all be removed, it's just part of developing her as a character and playing with different things. :-)
Thanks for doing that because I did have a hard time seeing her face. How can you soften her look?perhaps her eye closest to us is winking? Not really sure just throwing g ideas out. Maybe a more rounded face and lose the lines around her face/nose. Also mouth more heart not so turned up? Thanks for listening to my ideas! You are my front runner for sure! Anna
She looks much softer, I like that one better for sure. I think just blue eye shadow would be better(no white) and a bit more of a smile (almost a knowing smile). did you have her mouth open in #2, wondering how that looks close up too. Sorry for all the revisions but this is going to be the fairy to represent a brand for years to come if all goes as planned;-) You have by far expressed my vision more than any other artist! Anna
Love #41(with the checkered apron, adorable!) with the new face of #46 and perhaps a pearl necklace. Also I would like this one to have be kicking back like in #32 for that playful edge! Love these! Anna
Ok, added the pearl neckalce and am using the new face. Also, it looks checkered at that size, its actually polkadots that are really close together :-P But I assure you it looks just as cool on a larger scale.
so I just uploaded a little closeup peek at the apron texture #50 -- The pattern on the tie around the waist did not scale with it, because I missed a step there, (but it would not be there on the final product) Anyway it's just to give you an idea of the dots. :-) You can put it in the "NI" bin when you're done looking at it.
I think the wand effect takes away from it vintage simplicity. I love #49 it is right on the money! Love the necklace and the scalloping on the apron...ADORABLE!!! Anna
Awesome! :-) And yes, I agree, the magic curlies are probably too much :-P Sometimes it's best to know when to stop. I'm going over her and making sure there are no weird snags in the vector lines, so that all the lines are nice and smooth. Etc.
Let me know if you'd like to see anything else! :-D
So I added three more. I just wanted to play with the emblem itself a bit, and give it a little more of a presence, so I toyed with the edge scalloping. Also I had a thought that the gradient in the dome of the dinner tray seemed to conflict with the rest of the design being more 'flat' so I added a version with no shading. It matches the vintage look much better I think.
Again, I am here, if you'd like to see anything else.
