Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
#14 Yala needs to be a more subtle typographic treatment -understand where you are coming from but not on brief. You may notice the soft henna layer in the digmyid top banner. This creates the tone we are looking for. Thanks for your effort though. Kevin
#5 Get this but we had similar thoughts of stars to begin with and decided they were not subtle enough and probably to web 2.0. We like the www.inkd.com identity. Check the soft henna layer in the backgound header. Great effort but not right.
#2 like the typographic approach, overdoing it a bit, less cyborg more human needed. Soften it and check the henna backgound on the digmyid header. Great work champ look forward to seeing the next round.
Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:
~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation. ~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered. ~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see. ~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested" ~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation. ~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work. ~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.
#122 I would like the little guy digging to be something else. Dig in our name is Groovy, love, Get it, like it etc. I'm digging your design here and would love to see another small icon that better represents this term. Maybe a a heart (not a love heart but a medical heart with the arteries at the top). Maybe clapping hands - etc.
I am blown out by your effort one and all. You are a talented bunch indeed - wish I was launching a 100 sites I'd buy the them all. Alas there can only be on winner.
