What We Do
A leading systems integrator and equipment source for digital video and data transmission solutions, primarily in the broadcast industry.
DigitalGlue is a value-added reseller which specializes in providing leading edge digital video and data transmission solutions. We design, integrate, and support systems based upon our customers’ needs today, yet draw from years of real-world experience to engineer a technology path for tomorrow. Our team turns concepts into reality, and assets into profits. In brief, we build the systems behind successful television transmission.
DigitalGlue sells and supports equipment from all of the major manufacturers in the industry and focuses on building systems which give our customers the greatest value. We build live and store-and-forward digital satellite and terrestrial networks. Our in-house software development team provides the “digital glue” that seamlessly bonds disparate products into a unified solution.
Color Preferences
We are open to a new color scheme, but have used a lot of blues in the past. We commissioned some art that used an RGB theme, if that serves as inspiration.
Our business cards use Pantone Metallic Silver #877 and black ink.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We’d like to avoid a letterform as there is another company in our industry already using a DG logo. Since it’s difficult to pigeonhole our services, we are very open to abstract and pictorial ideas; something that conveys the concept of bringing pieces together could be a good start.
This logo is part of a rebranding effort for a 10-year-old company which has been very successful but remains the industry’s “best kept secret.” We are about to do a major overhaul on our image and are excited for a classic yet contemporary new logo to match. Because we are a technology-based company, it is important that our logo looks clean, modern, and professional. Since we will use the logo in a variety of applications, we would like options for both light and dark backgrounds, and it would be nice to have a decent b&w version available.
We use Franklin Gothic Heavy and Medium (converted to outlines) in our work and would like to stay consistent. The attached files show the existing logos for DigitalGlue as well as TBC Integration (the name under which we formerly did systems integration; DigitalGlue was formerly the name of our in-house software development company)
