Our Target Audience:
My target is the over worked information technology manager or business owner (male, age 35-45, salary 95K), that requires flexible extra assistance to work along side of his overworked/unrelaible inhouse IT support staff to assist in maintaining current support levels and to assist with the implementation of special projects. The IT manager wants to avoid hiring more permanent support staff and would like to contact my company periodically to assist with some of the workload.
