Remove the subtext (Disruptive Innovators community of thought). The "DI" is upper case. The "cot" is lower case. A subtle image of space (planets, stars, ...) is encouraged.

Like the lower case text ... not the airplane. I don't see a plane as a symbol of outer space, exploration, or the future.

Like #109, but not the plane. Could you try versions with a JANUS Roman God head, a set of doors or gateway, and a planet?

I would just put a planet with a backlight for the "o" and you might be there.

also a version of #120 with just a normal "o" should be shown
