We very much like this image as well as the versatility of placement for #9 and 14. Would be interested in seeing other imagery as well, not just sun. Ideas? We focus on developing people and organizations using emotional intelligence. The sun represents "shedding light" but there may be other images as well including use of a silhouette?

#10 Like the logo very much but web designer is advising us against yellows and oranges as primary color because of variance in how computers display it (distortion risk). Can you vary colors a bit?
