This is a Real estate home search page and I need the logo to look modern and classic.

I would like a similar font but I don't want to copy it exactly.
I want the same exact Orange and I like the Blue, but I'm open to a different shade of Blue, but the Orange should be the same.

I want the same Orange and I like this Blue, but I'm open to a different shade of Blue if it looks better.
I like that there are 2 different fonts in the attached example and I would like similar fonts,
but I DON'T want to copy this logo exactly.
