What We Do
Desert Haus is envisioned as a unique luxury short-term stay using vintage airstreams in the picturesque desert of Williams, Arizona. The brand is a harmonious blend of modern luxury with classic Americana and Route 66 nostalgia, designed to offer an exclusive yet inclusive retreat for a sophisticated and adventurous spirit.

Target Audience:
The primary audience includes tourists visiting the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas, particularly those seeking a unique lodging experience that combines comfort with a touch of cultural uniqueness. The brand targets a wide demographic, from young bridal parties and girls' trips to mature travelers like professionals, entrepreneurs, and retirees.

Customer Persona:

Sophisticated Explorer
Demographics: Ages 24-65, upper-middle to high income, professionals, entrepreneurs, retirees
Psychographics: Appreciates nature, quality, unique experiences, privacy, and exclusivity. Interests include travel, adventure, cultural exploration, gastronomy, wellness, and eco-friendly practices.
Lifestyle: Active and health-conscious, enjoys combining relaxation with adventure.
Brand Attributes:

Luxury and Comfort: High-end accommodations that mix the aesthetics of luxury hotels with the unique charm of airstream living.
Cultural Blend: German influences manifest through food, beverage options, luxury bath products, and culturally themed events and small subtle nod to the german influence would be nice
Natural Beauty and Sustainability: Emphasizes Arizona’s scenic landscapes and outdoor activities, integrated with eco-friendly practices.

Design Direction:

Aesthetic: The logo should capture a sophisticated yet adventurous spirit. It should blend modern luxury with motifs from classic Americana and Route 66 nostalgia.
Elements to Incorporate: Vintage aesthetics and icons from old Hollywood, Las Vegas, such as Cadillacs, vintage bowling alleys, vintage signage, rock n' roll, and iconic signage. These should reflect the historical allure of Route 66 and the rugged charm of the desert.
Color Scheme: Modern turquoise and orange, symbolizing the vibrancy and warmth of the desert environment intertwined with the lively German cultural elements.
Visual Representation: The design should convey exclusivity yet inclusivity, appealing to a broad range of customers from young bridal parties to seasoned travelers and retirees. It should evoke a sense of a deluxe, yet adventurous getaway.
