Perhaps google images of melanomas so you understand

We keep moving away from what an actual melanoma looks like.
The BCC should be predominantly clear/pearly coloured like glass with scattered red blood vessels and the occasional clod of blue.
Melanomas should be occasional black and brown structureless areas with areas of blue white veil. There should be avoided elements of symetry in skin cancer.

Done. I made the melanoma part more simple, the brown, black or blue structureless areas are fewer in number. The design outline is also irregular in shape.

The BCC part is quite good. The melanoma part is too busy. Look at some melanoma images, the brown, black or blue structureless areas are fewer in number and probably larger. A skin cancer is never circular so the design outline needs to be irregular maybe like a beat up peanut shell

I like the concept here. Do you think you could briefly reinstate all of your designs? I am on clinic busy this week and am going to struggle to keep rolling with guiding the contest, I may be better just to pick a designer and I have enjoyed all of your designs and the speed at which you have reacted to the brief/feedback.
