Would it be OK to drop the "THE" or "DER" from the logo.

the "Der" which means "the" in german has to stay as a part of the logo.

~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

@pobonyo: please use a white background and stay with blue (as we mentioned it at the contest briefing)

we like modern and simple logos. So try to avoid too much different elements within the logo.
