I am thinking something that is somewhat techy. Maybe include an audio waveform as part of the logo, a spectrum analyzer, and/or a microphone.

I love the tech feel of logo #1. I worry that the A and V will be obvious, but I might be too sensitive. #2 also has a great look. The simplicity of #3 has been popular with many I have showed it to.

Some great designs coming in!! My #1 ranked (#22) is very clean. A few of the entries had an icon in place of the O in Demodave. Since the name is non-standard, I worry that people will think that the name of the business is Dem Dave.
