~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

Wow! That was quick... thanks for the response. So far the designs are on the right track. I need more detail and would like to see the wording arranged in a semi-circle around the chess piece. By the way, nice selection in using the knight.

Entry #13: You're on the right track... just need to make the oval a rounder circle and make the knight look classier. Like I mentioned in my brief, "...design should have a modern look with a touch of antiquity (classic)." The circle and the chess board in the background has a modern look and the knight in the middle should have a classic look. I love the colors.

Everyone, don't get discourage because of the ranking... I rank'em because the moderators recommend it. The fact is, every design has something I like. Let's keep working together to mold ideas into something that will work for me.

Entry #19: I like the lite colors and the title aranged in a semi-circle is great. The blue background should contain chesboard squares and I would prefer a knight as the chess piece with a more realistic and classic look. Thank you for your effort.

Hey fernando before you get all literal and picky did you know that the right hand bottom corner square should be a white square.

Yes, you're right about the number of squares in a chessboard. I'll be happy with just part of a chessboard showing (i.e. 4x4) in the logo. And yes, there's always a white square at the bottom of the right hand corner (chess rules).

I'm extending the contest because I had some last minute tweaks and would like to give designers time to make the changes.
