Thank you for your submissions #28, #29, #30, & #31! I really like the concept in #29. Most of the time, the homes we stage are going to be homes and businesses for sale. Having the logo mirror a "for sale" sign is very clever and I wouldn't have thought of that. I also like the deco font. I am a fan of a logo with a white background because it's easier to add to different forms of print media and websites. If you can adjust that image to have a white background, and dress up the font a little so it has more depth to it, I would be interested to see how that looks. Thanks again for your creativity!
Thank you for entry #52! I do like the image much better with the white background. I don't know that the gold color would translate well into print media. What do you think about adjusting the color? Black and gray show up well as they are dark colors, and if there could still be a pop of color to make the logo stand out, that would be great. Because I was truly trying to communicate, at a glance, the industry you business is a part of in a clever and clear way. I was not trying to be too fancy, because I have to remember that this is a logo first and foremost. And I must try to balance the style of you want and the visual communication you need.

Entry #72 is my favorite of yours! It is quite tricky to convey so much information in a visual way but I think you pulled it off. Between the colors you chose, the vintage style, and the open house sign, #72 both has visual impact and it communicates the service. This is a finalist for consideration.
