Our Ideas and Additional Information:

What I like about the SHRM logo is that it highlights the HR in the middle. Similarly, I want to highlight the IB in the middle of the DEIBPA. I also would like the tagline to be on 2 lines:
So... Inclusion & Belonging on one line and
Worldwide below that.
I would like if there's some kind of logo and then the letters and the tagline - and I'm also open to no logo with the letters and the tagline being the whole of the logo
