Thanks for #89, #90 and #91 ! I think these are simple and elegant. The bird evokes patriotism. The blue pedestal fits nicely with the word "Defense"
I chose #91 because I wanted the blue first in the writing. #90 is just a little too creative for government contractors (my clients), I think. I like the bigger bird in #91 instead of the small bird in #89.

Thanks for these designs #89-#91. I like them a lot but the image of a bird with wings spread clutching something in its claws reminded us of the symbols used by Germany during World War II. I'm concerned that my clients will make that visual connection. Sorry! It's would have been a nice logo.
