I'm submitting it in B & W first; color to follow. Please let me know of any changes you would like. I'd be happy to make any revisions you might want. Thanks!Pam(This comment references Entry #3) 14 years ago justinmclachlan Client Hi, I like the direction of this. I think the font is still a tad formal for my tastes, maybe something sans-serif? I'd also like to see how it goes with out the book part.thanks! 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,Thanks for the feedback! I'll try a sans-serif font. Quick question: when you say try it without the "book part", do you mean leave out the actual book, or delete the word "BOOKS"? Thanks!Pam 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,I started this entry and the following one before I got the feedback from my first one. So I just changed the font to a san-serif. This has a more subtle book, or is it a trident? Please let me know if it's the actual book or the word that you want deleted. Thanks!Pam(This comment references Entry #8) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer This one has an even subtler reference to a book. The word BOOKS can easily be dropped id that is your preference. :)Pam(This comment references Entry #9) 14 years ago justinmclachlan Client Hi Pam-- Yeah, I was wondering what it would look like without the word book at the bottom. I especially like #9 in that regard. Maybe a bit of stronger silhouette?thanks again.Justin 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer A variation of entry #9, and with color. Let me know if you'd like any changes!Pam(This comment references Entry #10) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Color variation of previous entry; used violet instead of blue in the gradient.(This comment references Entry #11) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,Here's a revision of #9. Better silhouette, still the subtle book at the bottom, and dropped the word BOOKs. Thanks! Pam(This comment references Entry #12) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Same as previous entry, but added the fluttering page.(This comment references Entry #13) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Here's a revision of #3. If I had any suggestions, I'd like to see it with the jellyfish shape breaking the sides, so it doesn't look like it's in a box necessarily, but the box/rectangle shape is just part of the background? Does that make sense? 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,Makes sense. Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you like it! I'll work on making the suggested revision and submit the revised entry later this evening.Pam 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,Here's the requested revision of #43. The jellyfish now busts past the sides of the rectangle. Let me know if you'd like this more exaggerated, or if this is what you had in mind. Thanks for the feedback!Pam(This comment references Entry #62) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,Here's another revision of #43. I angled the jellyfish more so that more of the tentacles bust out of the box. Pam(This comment references Entry #63) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Different creature - Loch Ness.(This comment references Entry #64) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Hi,This is a slight revision of #64. I made everything a little bolder. Changed the font to something weightier so that it can still be legible at a very small size. : )(This comment references Entry #90) 14 years ago justinmclachlan Client I like the new font a lot better. I wonder how it would look if instead of changing the leading on Deep, it was stretched instead? Does that make sense? Still, one of my favorites so far! 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Thanks! I'll try the stretching suggestion. Pam 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Here's the modification of #90. I "stretched" the word 'DEEP'. let me know if you'd like any other tweaks. Thanks! Pam(This comment references Entry #124) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Another thought. A stingray.(This comment references Entry #126) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer A merman, Neptune figure.(This comment references Entry #134) 14 years ago rapunzel Logo Designer Variation of previous entry.
