Entry 89,

I like the clean lines and bold impact. I like you to resize the LYNN as it appears to be larger than EBBY. I hope this makes sense. Also, I would like to see a variety without the crown on top of the L.

Thanks, and eager to see the revision.

Hi Debby,

Thank you so much for the feedback. I have revised the text #123 and removed the flourish over the "L" and also have submitted #124 with just the text revised. PLease let me know if there is anything else you would like to see.

Best Regards,
Faith

I like 123 better, could you also experiment with a lightly scripted style of font. Nothing curly, and just for comparison. I really like this revision.

Thanks so much!

Oh, also could you remove the black fill? I'd like to see it both ways.

Thanks Kindly,

Hi Debby,

Here's #133 on white and #134 with a slight script. Please let me know if there is anything else.

Could you reverse the intersection of the L & D so that the D is on top at the bottom (with both styles) and also rewrite the following: Photographic Artist to "Photography For All Occassions"

I know its late in the game for this type of change but I'd like to explore this. I feel we are very close to just the right thing. I appreciate your efforts.

Oh, no problem. Here's #145 and #146 with the intersections reversed and #148 with a combination of script and serif styles.

Client
Can you put the d from 146 with the l from 148? Silly, of course you can right? Also, can you drop some background colors behind. I have narrowed it down to u and 2 other designers and am trying to tweak the fine details. So far you are neck and neck with 2 others from my friends' reviews

Oh, I like your original DL intersections better. You were right the first time but I couldn't visualize the difference.

#151, #152 and #153 with new color backdrops and the original intersections. Please let me know if there is anything else.

YES! I LIKE : )

Just curious, which one do you like best. They are all so good, I am torn.

Logo Designer
I too like them all but for different reasons so it depends on the message you want to convey and your target demographic I guess. #151 is more stately, upscale, while #152 is more relaxed and flowing and #153 combines upscale with creativity and flow. I think either 151 or 153 but leaning more towards 153 :)

Here is a variation on 153 #165 which I think looks a bit better.

#166 with the bar in the "D" shortened a bit.

Great thanks, and just for clarification, I will get the basic design with black background, white, etc. Can I have it without a background so that it can be laid ontop of an image without the square and only the design?

Logo Designer
Yes, that is correct. Through LT you will receive an eps file which is the source vector file and one jpg file of the winning logo. I can then send to your a direct email any additional file types you may need such as a a png which will have a transparent background that you can use on any color you would like as well as a black and white version of the logo if you would need that as well.

Client
Ok good. Lets drop the background in the last revision so that I am not making this a color decision. And that should do it!

Let's change the tagline, reference #217 please.

#256 with new tagline. Please let me know if there is anything else.

I think it was better the other way. It works for the other design, but not here. One of my friend raters suggested that change. Feel free to experiment if anything that comes to mind. I am still torn between 1 and 2 rated designs. Both were immediate hits when I first looked at them. 2 rated design has been selected as a fav by almost all friend raters. You are neck and neck with them as well.

Thanks for hanging in there!

#257 another idea for a tagline. Well, I understand and look forward to your final decision :)

I like the revision, how about PHOTOGRAPHY
-------------------
for all occasions

I think Image Artist isn't clear as to what kind of images but I like how cleanly it conveys the message and I like the little stroke between the two text lines.

Client
Or maybe a little stroke like #191

Unless something earthshaking happens I think I'm sold. I can't think of anything more to perfect your design. Please feel free to make any other changes that come to mind, but it is lovely as is. I would like to have the DL separate if possible in the end. I will post a winner tomorrow. Thanks Faith, for all your hard work and efforts. You have been great!

Logo Designer
Thank you so much. Yes, of course you can have the DL in a separate file, that is no problem. I look forward to your decision.

I have 1 last request, please lay the design over several different colors.... green, blue, red, brown etc.

#356, #357, #358, #359, #360 Here are all the color requests and I threw in purple :)

Okay, thanks. This was in response to a comment that the #2 rated logo looks good in all color backgrounds. I was certain that this would as well, the flat background without vignette has less pop but I get the point and indeed it does go well in all colors.

Logo Designer
That's wonderful, I figured you just wanted to see what it might look like on different colored backgrounds and you will have a version with a transparent background which can be placed on any color you choose.

Client
Yes Faith, that is my intention. A clear background to use as I see fit. I'm tossing the coin at noon.
