What We Do
Elevated, high quality/locally sourced restaurant and market. The market will sell wine by the bottle, local beers, tinned fish, olives, pickles. The market/restaurant will be counter service with an old school "deli feel" where guests will have the opportunity to build their own cheese and charcuterie plate, a carefully crafted sandwich and small shareable plates. We will have an open, small kitchen with all food cooked over live fire. The feel of the market is bachanal in New Orleans meets a european market.
Attached will be a brewery with beer brewed on site, a beer garden and a private dining room for large private dinner gatherings.
Our target audience is 24-50 year olds. We have the largest MLS soccer stadium opening down the street and we're looking to get a beer drinking crowd as well as wine drinkers who want to lounge and eat charcuterie boards.
Color Preferences
I don't like a lot of color. We're looking for very clean and crispy lines. Colors we like are slate blue, charcoal, hunter green, burnt orange.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I love root vegetables. An outline of a parsnip or something with roots and also ties into the beer side of the concept.
