Nice idea. Could you

1. remove the "1" medal? I think it might look better without
2. Integrate the business name "De Bouwkampioen" in this logo design?
3. Perhaps have a touch of blue somewhere (since the site main colors will be white bg and blue touches)

I asked a few people and they were not 100% convinced about the box with construction gear (your character).

Main comment was: not convincing enough as a eye attracting character...

Since the top5 picking is coming closer and you will most likely be in the top5,

Just a small feedback on your top entries:

+ the character - nice entry
+ variations that are possible to make with this character

working points:

* might be more "web 2.0" - I like it more when the face is not in 2D but looking sidewise...
* I like the font style for the business name of the entries of nalapraja more - so if you can progress on that side it would be nice
