I sell Vacation homes, second homes and high end luxury real estate in the desirable Key West Style beach eclectic community of Sunset Beach Treasure Island.
I target Second Home, Vacation Home and Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate. My clients are entrepreneurial, professional, intelligent, fun and quirky. They earn enough to afford second homes to luxury homes. I am very hardworking and professional yet very unconventional for a real estate agent. My market area is a barefoot, flip flop community of very successful people who appreciate diversity in people and enjoy a laid back island lifestyle. Professional, coastal, luxury and Key Westy all at the same time. Look forward to seeing your designs.

**UPdate: PLEASE NOTE, My logo will be used along with the KW Logo(The newest of the KW logos) that I posted on the Contest discussion. Meaning this should not be included in the logo, KW does not allow this. However in my marketing my logo will appear on the same page as the KW Logo.

My geographic farm is called Sunset Beach and my name is Dawn so I would like to see some designs incorporating the sun. Images could also include Beach house, House with a dock, island with palm tree beach house and waves, abstract wave & Sun images...KW Color is Red but because of my emphasis of Dawn and Sunset Beach I would like to see some Orange with a splash of KW Red.
