the company colors are have been black and yellow, usually black clothing and yellow or white lettering, but am open to options maybe black and red, blue and red

The phrase, "You are the result of your own dedication" has been trademarked for my gym, but I am looking to make it its own entity much like "just do it" The company name is Strength Discovery, we always tell people they are only as good as they work to be that no matter what info we give them its up to them to apply what we have taught them to make the progress. You can work out as hard as you want but if you go home and stuff your face with ice cream your not going to have the beach body you want. A long those ideas, we trade marked the phrase because we believe this is something that can be used in everyday life and want to focus on that and not the gym name.
