Hi,

Thanks for the entries. I kinda like the way you are going here. I'm not crazy about the font in #19, mainly because of the way the "I" looks and it's a little too child-like. But I like the composition and the handmade look of it.

I really like the way that "films" is cut into the name in #18. I'd like to see some variation on that theme.

Thank you!

Here is a variation of both previous entries. If you have a font style you like for your name, let me know elsewise I will continue to play with cut-ins.

Another variation, this design also works well in reverse black and white as well as colour

Hi.

Great stuff. I really like the direction you are going with the cutouts. Can I see the word "films" a bit smaller, not justified to the edges of "David King"? I like the way it looks in #18.

Also can you play with having "films" rotated 90 degrees? Perhaps cut out of the "N" in King?

I like #30 as well, continue to play with the halftone look.

Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. Here is the flipped cut out. I will play with more designs and font options as well. Also, if you would like, I can start adding colour options as well.

White on white option, modern and eyecatching - adds a brightness to the logo that gives it life

Thanks.

I like #42 a lot but really like the way that the "films" extends off the letters into black as in #18 and others.

Thank you.

replacing removed entries with smaller, centred versions. I am playing with my #2 ranked entry for alternate layout options as well. Thank you for your continued great feedback!

This variation is my favourite so far because of how beautifully subtle the "Films" is in the D and the K, and because you can use the DKfims together as a smaller logo and it still works great. I am sending an alternate variation as well with a more obvious "films"

Just throwing this out there - the monogram can be powerful because it portrays the feeling that initials are enough to be recognized. It is a logo that elevates your status by assuming others will know you without having to give your full name. It also leaves room for a tagline or year of production line under "films".

Hi,
I still like the direction of #42 the best of your entries but am still not quite sure about the placement of "films". #80 and #81 had the right idea but are not quite legible enough.
