#1 is good because it includes a dollar sign, which matches the pun on "cash" and "cache." We would like to see many more logos with dollar signs.

Also, we would like to see logos that 1) include the name Dash4Cache (because it is a new brand and requires that), and 2) images that convey the charitable giving aspect of this business.
