I love this logo, but feedback I'm getting is to get away from "round." Do you have any other ideas?

I don't know what to do with this one since it's the inverted one in regard to ranking it.

Apparently I wasn't too crazy about the sun. Simplicity is what catches my eye.

That's great! How about something without "perk me up" I like this a lot, but maybe too wordy having the slogan.

I like this a lot. Universal black and white would be great. My employees will have either white or black tank tops with the opposing color on it.
