We are a female owned painting company focused on mid to high end interior residential repaints and renovations.

We are open to suggestion, but some ideas are:

We like jewel tone colours like emerald green, deep purples, deep blues, a pop of hot pink, pop of red yellow etc.

no pastels

maybe pops of color in the lettering. We want it to be clear that we are a female owned company, but not overly feminine so not all pink. We like bold and strong, regal, luxurious and classy.

black and white with a pop of color could be an option as well if the design is interesting enough.

We both also really like gold as we're interested in maybe having a holographic or gold shimmer in lettering on our business cards.

Since our name is 'Damsel', we were thinking we would be open to some kind of medieval or whimsical vibe with maybe an abstract castle or tower. Something that relates to the word Damsel and conveys feminine but strong, classy and professional. We are not liking Disney castle vibes though, or the regular stock photo castle you generally see in logos. Abstract, artistic and unique castle maybe.

We also like the possibility of using a letter as a logo with decorative embellishments like vines or flowers, botanical elements.
