Hi,
Please take a look to the #42 #43 #44

Totally awesome designs :) I will select #45 as representative of both 45/46 as I can see us using both - one for web and one for printed reports etc

43 is great - because St.Lawrence was actually killed by being burned/barbecued on a rectangular frame like the trellis :P crazy hey! but circle grabs me most.

Really well done.
Trying to get some buy in by others in ranking top 5 at the moment

If at all possible I would like to see an alternative using more color which seems to grab our younger team members - at the moment the design is quite conservative but well balanced and clear style. My personal favorite is the darker background and white vine :)

One other possibility is a D shape trellis rather than circle so that the logo stands alone as both Dalkeith and D for disciple focus. Hope you have time!
Would love to see more

#53 "D" shape trellis
#54 the same, but with flower-hearts that grow on the vines. Orange bring fresh feel.

Howdy - you are well on your way to winning! My concern now is to adjust the logo slightly further so that everyone is unanimously agreed it is the best choice - we will be presenting it to Church as a whole shortly.
SO here is the feedback for a few more alternatives:

The dark background design is superb because of the way the vine and the cross are well pronounced.
This doesn't seem to be as clear in the white background design - which is the one we will need the most on website PPT and letterhead etc. If I had to choose just one right now it would be a dark background version of the "D" trellis. But we are hoping we can both versions of the final design - so we can alternate when we need to, and for variety in the long-term.

1/ We are not convinced regarding the font chosen so far for the "D" and Dalkeith. Perhaps a simpler sans-serif font would give the design a slightly more modern feel? (it's hard to know until we see it unfortunately) if you could experiment with that we would like to see another option.

2/ Perhaps an alternative without the full trellis and just the CROSS? or at least trying to emphasise the cross more as you have done well in the dark background version - it jumps out more.

3/ We prefer Teres' (designer) version of "Disciples Making Disciples" it seems a bit more organic - if that isn't too hard please give that a go.

4/ I appreciate your attempt to add color (hearts are not appreciated by the team it seems!) I thought perhaps using the same color for the cross and the "Disciples Making Disciples" might be a good alternative to take back to them.

5/ IF you have time only: one team member would like to see the current circle design without the circle and just the cross with the vine growing up (if easy and have time that would be interesting to see the difference).

REALLY GREAT WORK! Thankyou.
We are doing our best to be decisive as a committee.
Hope our extra requests don't drive you crazy - but would help us settle on the final design as a whole team.
Much appreciated

HI - thanks for the extra concepts! it really helped in today's meeting. The new font doesn't work. It seems we are unanimous about the earlier D shaped design now ranked #1 - thanks for helping us to clarify that with your extra submissions :) Appreciated.

Could we see the original D concept in the dark version also? We hope to use both as mentioned before :)

The only other point of discussion was whether the cross in an orange color matching the Making Disciples catch phrase would work or not - but no need to trouble about that now.

Cheers
Steve
