Hi we really appreciated having a modern design to consider - it is quite stunning. Unfortunately the colorful option in most design entries just hasn't gelled with the whole committee. If you like to attempt to submit a "D"version somehow? as the committee settle on the idea of associating D-alkeith with D-isciple - hence they are favoring the design Sofiko. But if you have other contests more worthy of your time and energy we understand and thankyou for you creative entry!
Dear CH your contest is very interesting... sometimes happens when the contests ends during the weekend that is difficult to get more attention.... and also the designers sometimes rest
I sent a variation using the same icon but rotated... that actually is a subtle D...I hope you like it

but remember that to be allowed to send any variation I need to be ranked first.... during the "judging period" just the designer ranked first is allowed to send variations....
just fyi, during that period you can switch the designer ranked first anytime to ask for variations, and select the winner anytime
