This logo should take elements from the County Brand Mark like colors to denote an association but not the same design. I would like to see elements of Geography or Navigation in the logo.
Cuyahoga County is where Cleveland, Ohio is located. We are on Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River bisects the County.
The County Logo (Please use elements from but DO NOT use the logo exactly) represents the County relationship with Lake Erie (Water) Extensive Park Network (Leaf) Industry (Bridge) and Medical - Cleveland Clinic (Heart beat).
