And don't connect the tail to the é. It can just float free.

#42 and #43 look great but my client is asking to make the tail much bigger

We like this logo a lot, but can you make it long (horizontally) and short (vertically). Just have it say "cut bait café" all in one line and put the little fish head before the C in cut and then add a little fish tail after the é in café, like this-> <*)cut bait café<< Have a look at the new reference image I posted that shows it. Thanks!
