Hi,

Ok, thank you for letting me know.
As I already had started to do other "experiments", I decided to finished and upload them just for you to see. The last 2 are variations of the one you like best.
I just uploaded the symbols but if you're interested in seeing any of them with the logo or other variations let me know.

Hi Catarina, no it's ok thank you. I still prefer the colour yellow gold like before, with the "foil" aspect (instead of this "smooth" finish).

I can try make it more brighter.
I think that maybe the outline it's the best solution to make it stand out but I can try to add more darker shadows to see how it looks.

Hi catarina, thanks for this. This is nice but we prefer a foil texture , with gold/ yellow tones. Some foil have a lot bit of darker shadows in them, maybe that will make the design stands out more without the need of an outline? Let me know your thoughts. Many thanks

I've been working on a new texture for the { } which I've uploaded now.
Here it seems a little darker but I think it can work better in the end.
I think that this version doesn't need a outline.
If you like this I can always change the color to a lighter one.
These changes can also be made after you see the original size.

I understand, it's really hard to see in this size but I'll upload just the symbols in a larger size just for you to have a better idea.

hello, it's very hard to see the difference as the images here cannot really be made bigger, it's just a thumbnail of the design. I guess we can decide once we see the right size with the designer's file if that logo wins. I really like it and will run it pass the others now. Thank you for being so quick to respond and amend!

Hi catarina, we've played with the design a bit, and ended up putting everything in black, except the { } in gold foil texture. like this one, http://www.123rf.com/photo_19479646_gold-foil-seamless-background-texture.html using the overlay in photoshop. Time is about to run out... could you please do it on your end so i can start a survey with this design? Keep the font as is. Many thanks!

Hi catarina, sorry If it wasnt clear: we only want a new font, not a new arrangement. We really like the initial style of the accolades and are trying to keep them, adapt the font of "culture Alt" that's both fitting it while staying in brand... (Cool/ slightly edgy/ personal and serious) thank you !

Hi Catarina, thank you. no need to redo everything, we just need to get the right font first, the colours are easy to adjust. i personally like this one (slick, modern, crisp.clean) but some think it's now too far from the { } style. any suggestions to match the 2 without looking too much like an Old English font? many thanks

Also, could you please try make the { and 1st dot in the proper French blue, the second one in black outline + white inside, and last dot with } with the proper red? it might help reading like a blue-white-red flag. Please use this font. Many thanks.

Hello, your logo is getting popular among our friends and family...! The top part is great, but I here we find the font a bit too old school/ Old English (it would be perfect for a literature mag, but we mostly cover design, the Arts and film). Maybe it comes from the Serif... Any suggestions for something a bit more contemporary? many thanks!
