Crystal Falls Business ParkLogo Design Contest

i appreciate the work in just a few hours. One thing which i can add is that the vast majority of people will see this logo doing 30 MPH, therefore small lettering, and intricate work will go unnoticed. This Logo will go on a 10 foot by 7 foot monument sign (main Logo will be about 3 foot x 2 foot (no specific need for this ratio of) and will have the address included on it just slightly smaller (1 foot Letters). The address is 10960 East Crystal Falls Parkway in case anyone would like to include this. Also, I am not wanting anything showing a crystal or precious stone - more tree's, sky. I will need to be careful about

what i like is the scale of name & the term Business park and the logo aspect which can be used with or without the name

Basically the size and scope of the words "Business Park" and maybe the introduction of the tag line "Your Space to Grow" would be good. Crystal Falls is the Road which it sits on and there are a lot of businesses located on this so I need to stress Business Park.

where is the Park located? state and city

Leander, Texas(northern suburb of Austin) - this is a small business park (14 acres) - it will cater to small and mid-size firms from the construction business (like plumbers, electricians, granite & cabinet, window and door makers), artisans and craftsman, technology, and fitness, maybe - generic icons

In most logos I need the term Business Park to be much more visible (almost the same size as the words Crystal Falls. Crystal Falls is the street, business park is the use. The site sits back off the road and I need to draw attention that office and warehouses are down this drive. Sorry if this is confusing. Also, why do the vast majority of these have the logo on the top of the design as opposed to the side - just asking. The 2 links above are good looking to me - simple, sized right, etc..
