#44 is beautiful - just don't think it will work well in multiple settings such as letterheads, cards, etc.
#45: I like the design very much -clean, clear... But remember that we want to incorporate the dove and serpent concept in the logo (see original) - I don't see the serpent here - can you incorporate that somehow?
