Crescendo with MusicLogo Design Contest

Hi!

Thanks so much for your submission! Really love this original and unique design! Love the creativity behind the instruments.

General ideas:
We really appreciate the general feel of this, as it feels like it has character and personality. We would love to see other completely different ideas if possible though - as we trust your designs will be really interesting, and would love to compare them.

We don't have a specific notion of the logo, so are very open to ideas. All we are guiding our decisions by are the general comments in the profile. We are looking for a mix of seriousness with fun, as well as personality.

A few specific ideas that may help:

-could we try a different color palette? All the light hues seem a bit passive. Would love to see something a little bit more bold/alive.

-could we try less musical instruments? (although, we love them, just curious as to what it would look like). Our school is very piano-heavy, so perhaps a piano key could be incorporated somehow?

Please let me know if this helps, and if there's any other specific info would be helpful.

Hi, for #65, could we please try:

1. try other font for "crescendo" - something a bit less rigid/serious

2. "with music" a bit bigger

3. 8th note different color (same color as with music), and also a bit bigger

4. could the kids and piano be smaller? (same dimensions, but smaller)

5. could you please try a bolder color palette? (these colors are a bit pale/sad)

Thanks so much for the new designs. LOVE THEM!!!! A few ideas I'd like to see if possible:

For now, would like to focus on #86:

1. "with music" a little bit bigger (closer to what you did in #64)

2. "with music" a little bit lower (further away from "crescendo"), and also moved to the right

3. staff: could you please make the staff a bit shorter? (similar to #64)

4. staff: could the notes be a lot smaller? (they should be inside the lines of the staff, or even smaller!)

5. faces: we're not crazy about these kid's faces... could you please try a design WITHOUT any faces, and then another design with faces, but different faces?

5. crescendo font: could we try a different font? Maybe one that is taller rather than rounder (similar to the idea in 64)

6. colors: I like these new bolder ones. Would still lover to see other combinations (I know we can look at that down the line), but in the meantime - could the green be a little lighter? closer to apple green? (right now it's a little bit too olive)

Hi! Thanks for the submissions. We like #85 the best, and would like to focus these comments for that one:

1. could you please try a different font? something similar to #64. Something more simple, and less round

2. we don't love the colors (especially the green). Could you please try different options? We like bold and lively colors. We'd like to see one of them be this purple and orange green (the new green is still too dark), but would also like to see other options

3. could we try it without the staff, and only have "with music" at the bottom? (should be centered like in #65, but perhaps the font a bit bigger)

4. don't love the kids (including the new ones). they seem too cartoon-like. Do you have other options?

Hi! Sorry for the delay, thanks for the new designs. A few changes we'd like to see. We still love #85 the most, so would like to work from that one

Changes to #85:

1. keep same crescendo font as 85, and same purple color

2. remove staff (no staff at all)

3. "with music" - use same font as #85, but centered and bigger size like #102

4. we like the eighth notes from 85, please keep those!

5. the color of eighth notes and "with music" is a green. we'd like the green color #382 and #375 pantone (exact colors can be found here: https://www.pantone.com/pages/pantone/colorfinder.aspx). Could you please try both so we can compare which one we like best?

6. kids: so sorry, but we still don't like these kids that much. we like the position of the kids in #85, but we'd like to see something in the similar style to #50. Could that be possible?

3. we like the 8th note "N" in the position and size as in #85

Sorry, I don't think I was clear. We like 105. And we would like to keep everything from #105, but would like to make small changes to it:

1. "with music" - please use the font from #85

2. move "with music" to the left as in #110, BUT please leave the space between "with music" and "crescendo" as it is in 105 (please let me know if that doesn't make sense)

3. we like the 8th note "N" in the position and size as in #85 (but same color as 105)

After those 3 small detail changes, 105 will be ready! (winner)

Hi!!! this is great!!! for #117:

3. sorry - I didn't explain it so well. We like the VERTICAL distance (white space) between "crescendo" and "with music" in 105. so, we'd like to move "with music" a little bit DOWN from where it is... Does that make sense?

Everything else = perfect!!!!

(also, we're talking a tiny tiny distance to move down. please let me know if I need to clarify further/ if it doesnt make sense!)

Is the .eps file a vector based file? Equivalent to an .ai file?

Additionally we need the pantone numbers of each color please!

EPS is a file format that best meet the needs of printing with a high degree of accuracy without compromising print quality, because EPS is actually a PostScript file format that has become the standard for high resolution printing.
eps files can be opened in Adobe Illustrator program ..
