Innovative, in terms of doing different things, even doing these different things sometimes in a different way. It is witty, figuring out smart projects nobody thought of or was able to launch
It is respectable, honest and ethical, unflexible when it comes to its ethics and principles
It inspires trust, and delivers quality through competence and reliability
