Please see design with a Black Background, using a lowercase "k". On the initial design the text was only below the "CUA". I extended it across the entire logo on the recent revisions. Which would you prefer?

On this submittal I would like you to see, I used a black background, and I changed the CUA to the darker Blue, and made the "Ok" a lighter blue and added a gradient to match the feathers. I also changed the lower text to white. Let me know what you think. Thank you.
