Note to a Competition holder: I used turtle as a symbol of a long life. In a first entry it was imagined to symbolise both lief and turtle shell as a symbol for Nature. Anyhow I see there are some insinuations on my behalf although I do not find them true. Either way I did as you asked and it's your right to choose whichever one you like.
The concept is a symbol of hands for a film frame, with animals who just "jumped" out of it and all of it in a circle as a neverending path. The variations are in color, but concept is the same everywhere. Color is green as a symbol of nature. In a green circle hands are yellowish with a touch of sepia as in old photographs. It can be printed in two colors and it is visible when it is reduced to a thumbnail dimensions.
I like the concept, :-) Two of the designs. I removed because of the LLC placement.
#83 I'd prefer a cleaner or is it clearer font for the layout. Also I noticed the CRE in Creations is higher then the A and when actually the "A" being over the knuckle of the finger would sit higher then CRE so if you can do that fine or just fixing the drop all together is fine too. I do like proximity of lettering to hands . Also the words photograph restoration I would prefer centered to the hands in lieu of being aligned to "Creations 770". If the words when moving them to the right, slightly overlap the hand, I don't think I would have issue with that as long I will get in Photoshop and see if I find a font that is less formal and more relaxed. If so I will let you know, what font is being used in this. To my eye it appears "distorted"? as it it slight (subjective, I know).
PS: please remove the dot (period) from in front of LLC.
I apologize for not responding right away. I will answer to all your questions regarding the final product. First of all, EPS format exported from any vector programm (as a ai, or corel draw) in tiff, cmyk and 300dpi is compatible with photoshop and can be used for newspaper ads, coffee mugs, even bilboards if you like, not to mention web. So not to worry. If you wish I may export it finally in higher resolution just to be sure. As for the #83 font being used is American typewriter, which was the response to your comment on American people being conservative. But I will find the suitable one. Font used IS slightly distorted, but it'll get in order : ). I hope I did give you all the answers you required. And now I have to do some of the work.
I like the font in general that works. Design overall works better with the LLC on the same "line". Please make LLC a smaller size of the same font. Will you reduce photograph restoration by one size and centering visually to the hands instead of aligning with Creations 770 LLC.? The color of the hands looks different from the original entry of #83 to that of #86, I prefer the hand color in #83.
There is no need to work with those designs enclosed with circles, I prefer the design of #86.
The file itself per logotournament.com is to be presented to me as an . EPS file and that is what I am wanting. As far as tiff, jpeg, gif, etc., I am only wanting and needing the .EPS file. IF that is a problem for anyone with any of these designs I need to know that now, so a dispute regarding payment can be avoided later.
I prefer the concept of #94 to that of new concept introduced with #98.
#94 I like the font style and color used in all words. #94 I like the color and gradient use on the hands. #94 The LLC font size looks good. Please make no changes to the above
1) Please try one more size down for the font size of "photo restoration" while visually centering under the hands. I need to see how one more reduction will look.
I want the overall design to create a journey for the eye and below are two attempts to explain.
2) What I see now is my eye falls quickly to the animals and the hands are an after-look, meaning : "I see the animals. Oh but what is this around them..oh it's hands" If you think of this view as a dimensional view, you and I would see the hands first as they would be foreground and then notice the animals second as they would be background.
In this design the eye barely sees the company name before it travels to the animals and then after that the eye notices the hands and tries to figure out what they are. Please see if fading/blending the color would present more of an appearance of them as background in the overall image.
The journey I want for the eye is: Oh Creations 770 what is that? 2) Oh look hands framing animals, photographers video ? 3)oh they do something with animals, see the dog etc. 4)and they do photograph restoration. In effect the hands are noticed with animals but does not immediately identify what animals
#101 The eye travels better through this well but there is an issue with a clean font. Similar to the issue with the camera in entry #76. I also see it in the other images pf Lily and Dotwoman.
What is up with this?
The actual size I see your image at here would be reduced further for a letter head and smaller still for a coffee cup as a gift. I can't offer this jagged font to a client or present it on my letter head.
Is it possible this appearance is created by the arching of the letters? Since I see it in images using an arch If so then, the entire image needs to be squared. Right hand at bottom more or less, and the same concept of framing with words same font size etc but on a straight line above and below with hands in proper position for squared image and animals as well. Sorry that I didn't notice this sooner.
#107 the box of the hands worked in this one and I see the position issues in others especially with a weird looking index finger on the left hand. However the company name and "photograph restoration" are no longer looking as if they frame the hands. The distance between the lettering (top and bottom) to the hand image is too great. So let's try this, move creations 770 and photograph restoration so they touch or are lightly overlapping the image. then blend in ONLY the portion of the letters that is touching the image of the hands while leaving the portions that aren't touching the hands without font color change.
