#10 try changing out the yellow swoosh to a bold blue. Change the font to something more modern like in #12.
#12 don't remove this one, I am not saying no. but I want to see some ideas with such curvey swooshes. More straight lines? Also try bolder colors, red or blue to make it stand out and grab attention. The grey is a little washed out. The .com should be bigger so it can be seen on a sign
#14 again try bolder colors.

Craig, you can leave personal feedback for each designer by clicking our names. It helps keep your comment targeted and then every deisgn you get won't look the same because other people are seeing remarks you leave for someone else. Sometimes contest holder does not know that so FYI!

I am thinking using an image of me in the logo is a bad idea, so I am looking for creative ideas that steer away from using my image or caricature.

I would like to see some ideas without a house as the (main) theme, since a house is so overused in real estate advertising. How about some images or shapes to portray my analytic skills, market data, market knowledge, market expert.

Background colors are not so important at this stage, since it may be better for the logo to be able to accomodate either a light or dark background, depending on where it is used. The ideas for the logo design are is important for this stage, which should connote the analytical skills, market expert, market knowledge, professionalism, trustworthiness, "get the job done", "you have found the right person", approachable type ideas.
